Human Resources Management Policy


The Helpdesk Público Human Resources Management Policy is defined in accordance with the company's vision, mission and values, in order to ensure the existence of a set of procedures and methodologies that directly contribute to the improvement of people management processes and that allow the organization to achieve the proposed objectives in terms of quality, ensuring the involvement and efficiency of all employees.


At Helpdesk Público we consider our employees to be the company's main assets and we consider their quality of life to be fundamental. As such, we have established clear guidelines to promote a clear separation between personal and professional life, providing the organization with tools that guarantee this implementation in a harmonious and effective way.
