Our purpose is based on ensuring that the needs of our stakeholders are met through more sustainable behaviors and practices geared towards ESG (environmental, social, governance) trends and challenges and with clear contributions to the success of the Sustainable Development Goals advocated by the United Nations.
Our strategy involves strengthening our positioning and reputation as a reference entity in the adoption of sustainable practices, recognized by stakeholders, in the most diverse areas of activity, framed in seven strategic axes, such as: data security, environmental impacts, data privacy, organizational commitment, strategic management, people inclusion and diversity and ensuring compliance.
This Plan demonstrates and strengthens Helpdesk Público's commitment to sustainability, reformulating our way of acting oriented towards economic, social and environmental sustainability through a set of actions aligned with the SDGs and ESG factors.
Aware of the relevance of these principles that guide organizations on the path to sustainable development, the Helpdesk Público identifies and prioritizes issues with a significant impact on its activity, clearly and openly committing itself, in a public manner, to the full compliance with the development strategies it has established, which are in accordance with the SDGs and the most relevant materiality criteria for its area of activity.
