Compensation and Benefits Policy
This Policy aims to support the development and growth of the Helpdesk Público as an organization, through a people management strategy focused on developing a more representative, diverse and inclusive environment, in order to make the company more sustainable, competitive and high-performance.
For the effective implementation of the previous paragraph, we consider it essential to be an example in the way of remunerating the work performed by all employees and where they can feel good, duly rewarded for their work and motivated to seek excellence on a daily basis, regardless of the functions within the structure that they perform.
Therefore, from day one we implemented a Remuneration and Benefits Policy based on the following principles:
- We value and will continue to value Helpdesk Público employees as the company's most valuable assets, reflecting this value in the differentiated treatment we promote within the company, adopting remuneration and benefits strategies that are different from the market, rewarding those who, with us, build a benchmark company in the Public Procurement market on a daily basis;
- We are guided by excellence and believe that motivated employees, with a perfect balance between personal and professional life and who are recognized, promote healthy, dynamic work environments where professional production increases exponentially;
- To this end, we define competitive, attractive, progressive pay scales that stand out from the company's market average, regardless of our employee's role, in order to guarantee the ability to attract and retain the best talents as well as reward those who positively contribute to the Helpdesk Público's results;
- We have adopted a policy of distributing results among all of the company's employees, believing that this will be a differentiating and motivating element, for a differentiated commitment contributing to an excellent performance of the Helpdesk Público team of employees;
- We have established an attractive set of internal benefits for human resources, in order to contribute positively to their well-being, promoting a clear improvement in the quality of life of our employees.
We will always be looking for the best solutions in terms of employee remuneration, alongside benefits, and we will always be available to analyze the best market practices as well as permanently keeping the door open to hear all valid opinions and suggestions on these matters.
