Talent Acquisition and Retention Policy

Based on the logical principle that companies are made up of people, a motivated team aligned with the company's values is part of the recipe for success for any organization.

There is no doubt that human capital is the engine that takes a company to new and higher levels.

A high-performance, stable and productive team, which is interested in evolving, produces much better results, in addition to avoiding unnecessary costs with turnover, training of new employees and other legal issues.

There are several factors that can help employees to be more motivated and productive, feel valued and remain in the company, therefore the Helpdesk Público assumes a real commitment to complying with these principles through the following actions:

  • Attraction and selection of new employees with the requirements and skills appropriate to the professional category;

  • Promotion of clear, transparent and objective communication;

  • Promotion and appreciation of employees through actions that boost their well-being;

  • Development and implementation of a career management plan and a compensation and benefits plan;

  • Promotion and implementation of a training and development plan;

  • Promoting a good balance between employees' professional and personal lives.

Having a high-performance and motivated team is the guarantee of effective and quality service provision to all Stakeholders.

In this way, the Helpdesk Público contributes, through the implementation of its policies, to the appreciation and motivation of its employees and to the attraction and retention of the best talent available on the market.
